Student Track Educational Program (STEP)
STEP offers student leaders and employees a special
conference-based educational opportunity. STEP creates conference peer
groups and complements conference learning with group discussions and
a special closing session. This program:
Involves participants in a preconference orientation and educational
program for students.
Assists participants in identifying conference sessions relevant to
student leaders and employees.
Creates small groups with which to interact and discuss conference sessions
and experiences.
Provides carefully selected professionals to serve as mentors for the
small groups.
Offers a special program with Association leaders and veterans of the
field to discuss issues, ideas, challenges and successes.
Creates group experiences throughout the conference.
